Privacy Policy
We collect only what is needed to fulfil your order, and we never sell customer data.
What we collect
When you place an order we store your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, together with the items ordered. If you create an account, that information is saved to your profile so you do not have to re-enter it. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address only.
How we use it
Your details are used to process, pack, deliver and support your order, and to answer messages you send us. Newsletter addresses are used only to send occasional updates about new arrivals and offers.
Who can see it
Order and account data is stored in our managed cloud database with row-level access rules: you can only read your own orders and profile, and only the store owner can view the full order list. Delivery riders receive only the information needed to deliver.
Payments
Payments are made by EasyPaisa transfer. We never receive, store or process your EasyPaisa PIN, card numbers or banking credentials.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, and you may ask us to correct or delete your personal data by emailing care@houseofrafiya.com. We keep order records where required for accounting purposes.
Cookies
We use only the storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember your shopping bag. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
