Terms of Service
The terms that apply whenever you place an order with House of Rafiya.
Orders and acceptance
An order is a request to buy. It is accepted once we confirm it and payment has been received. If an item sells out before confirmation, we will tell you and refund any amount already paid in full.
Pricing
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include the price of the item only. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you confirm. Every total is calculated on our server from the current catalogue price; a price displayed in error is not binding.
Payment
Payment is 100% advance by EasyPaisa. Orders are dispatched only after the payment is received and matched to your order number. Cash on delivery is not offered.
Stock and product presentation
Stock is reserved only when the order is created. Colours may vary slightly between screens and fabric, and hand-finished items carry small natural variations.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Tell us immediately at care@houseofrafiya.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
