Delivery area
Delivery is currently available in Karachi only. Delivery outside Karachi is not available yet.
Timings
Dispatched in 1–2 days, delivered in 3–7 working days.
Delivery charges
A flat delivery charge of PKR 350 applies to every order. Orders of PKR 15,000 and above are delivered free.
The delivery charge is shown separately in your cart and on the order confirmation, and is calculated on our server — the amount you are asked to pay is always the amount recorded on the order.
Payment before dispatch
Payment is 100% advance via EasyPaisa on 03410884964. Share the receipt on WhatsApp with your order number and we will confirm and dispatch.
Tracking your order
Every order has an order number beginning with HOR-. Use it on the order confirmation page or message it to us on WhatsApp (+923410884964) for a status update.
